An Ordinance Establishing The Width Of The Street To
Be Paved And Grade Elevation Of Summit Avenue From Twenty -
Fourth to Twenty- Pifth; Twenty -With From Summit To Battery;
Park Avenue From Twentieth To Twenty- Second. --
Be It Ordained By The City Council Of The City Of
Little Bock.
Section i. That the width of Summit Avenue f Urth to Twenty - Fifth; And Park Avenue from Tw � -8
Twenty- Second Streets be and the same is hereby established
as thirty (30) feet.
That the width of Twenty -Fifth from Summit
to Battery be and the same is hereby established as thirty-
six (36) feet.
Section 2. That the grades of Summit Avenue from Twenty -
Fourth to Twenty - Fifth; Park Avenue from Twentieth to Twenty -
Second; and Twenty -Fifth from Summit to Battery be and the same
are hereby established as shown in plans filed in the office
of the Superintendent of Public Jorks.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are herebSr repealed and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passgge.
