ORDINANCE N0. 4052.
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING 94,520.21 FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYIA ?G
CHARGES FOR EXTENSION OF TI!T OF PAYMENT OF CERTAIN WARRANTS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the surn of $ 4,520.21, be, and the
same is hereby, appropriated out of the General Revenue Fund of
the City of Little Rock for the purpose of paying the Peoples
Savings Bank charges for extension of time of payment of various
warrants as follows:
Warrants Numbers 42599, 42755, 42510, 42555, 42022,
42535, 42514, 42792, 42564 & 43064 from February 4, 1826, to
September aer 5, 1926.
Warrants Numbers 43067, 43153, 43110, 43070, 43077,
43207, 43209, 43213, 43220, 43254, 43330, 43343, 43221, 43342,
43253, 43351, 43329, 43354, 43397, 43355, 43500, 43501, 43649,
each from date shown thereon to September 5, 1926.
And the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized
to issue a warrant therefor, payable to the Peoples Savings
Bank, of such maturity as they deem for the best interests of
the City.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
