NOW, 'THEREFORE, Be it ordained: by the City Council
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansan:
Section 1. That the several blocks, lots and parcels
of real property in said district be assessed according to the
assessment list for said improvement district as the same now
remains in the office of the city clerk, and as the same may be
annually readjusted by the board of assessors, and that six and
two - thirds (6 2/3%) percentum on each of said blocks, lots, and
parcels shall be paid annually on or before the first day of
-- S=eptember of each of the years: 1926 to 1940, inclusive. - - -. -�
Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby, repealed, and
this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage.

determine to be for the best interesta of the district, have
