ORDINANCE N0. 4061 .
AN ORDINANCE Assessing the Value of the Benefits to be
Received by the Owners 'of Each of the Oeveral Lots or Parcels
of Real Estate within Annex Oo' 1 to Street Improvement District
No- 408 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
WHEREAS, a majority in value of the owners of real proper
adjoining the locality to be affected and situated within Annex
No- 1 to otreet Improvement District No' 408, of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, organized for the purpose of making
local improvements therein by paving the.streets set out in
their petition, in such manner and with such materials as the
Commissioners in said District shall determine to be for the
best interests of the territory annexed, have petitioned the
City Council of the Oity of Little Kock, Arkansas, for the con I
struction of said improvements and that the cost thereof be as-
sessed upon the real property within paid annexed territory ac-
cording to the benefits received; and
WHEREAS, said benefits received by each of the several lots
or other parcels of real .*zl=tw property within tkx 6aid Annex
No, 1 to atreet Improvement District Noy 408 equal or exceed
the local assessments thereon; and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of said improvement is

Be It Ordained by the City Councl 1 of the City of Little
Rock. Arkansas:
Section 1. That the several lots or other parcels of real
property within

assessed according to the assessment list for said annex, as th
same noes remains in the office of the Uity Clerk of the City of
Little Hock, Arkansas, and as the same maybe annually readjust
by the board of assessors, and that 10 per centum of said

assessments of benefits aft each of aaid lots or other parcels
of real property it in said Annex No. 1 be paid on or before
the a day of �/1/ of each year, beginning on
st,1926, until the whole of said assessment shall
have been paid.
Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinances
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
