RIGHT OF ,HAYS , OR OTHER SU3DI VI S IONS OF REAL
PROPERTY WITHIN STRE.ST I11PROVE1,1 -72 DISTRICT
N0, 430 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE- ROCK, ARKUNSAS.
Whereas, a majority in value of the owners of real
property ovining real property adjoining the locality to be
affected and situated within Street Improvement District No.
430 of the City of little Rock, Arkansas, organized for the
purpose of making local improvement therein by paving, in
such manner and with such materials as the commissioners of
said district shall determine to be for the best interests of
the district, the streets set out in their petition, have
petitioned the City Council of the City of Little Rock for
the construction of said improvement and that the cost thereof
shall be assessed upon the real property within said district
according to the benefits received; and
Whereas, said benefits received by each and every lot,
block, railroad right of way or other subdivision of real property
within said district equals or exceeds the local assessment
thereon; and
Whereas, the estimated cost of said improvement is
$909325.51;
THEREFORE, IT IS NOW ORDAINED BY THE CITY OO UNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKO..SAS:
Section 1. That the said several lots, biooks, railroad
right of ways or other subdivisions of real property within said
Street Improvement District No. 430 be, and they are, hereby
assessed according to the assessment list for said improvement
district, as the same., now remains in the office of the City
Clerk of the City of Little Rock anal as the same may be annually
readjusted by the board of assessors, and that 6 2/3 per ce rt um
of said assessment of the value of, the benefits of each of
said lots, blocks, railroad right of ways or other sub-
divisions of real property within said district shall be paid
