SAIND��IC , AND PRESCRIBING AND FIXING A LICENSE TIEREFOR.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ME CITY OF LITT 1 ROCK:
Section 1. That ordinance No. 25 08 is hereby amended to
include "Automat Sandwich PEA "r ,{
Lachine s , and and any person, firm,
corporation or individual, operating or using such machines,
shall pay therefor a license fee of One Dollar per year for
each machine.
Section 2. This ordinance shall not coi.flict with or
repeal any part of Ordinance =To. 2568, but is supplementary
there to.
Section 3. The license fee prescribed herein shall be
payable and collected in the manner now provided in Ordinance
No. 2568.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect thirty days from and after the date of its passage
