COLLECTION OF ASSESSMENTS OF BENEF IT5 IN

WHEREAS, it has now been determined that the annual rate T
the collection of the assessments of benefits in Otreet Improve-
ment District No. 408, City of Little Rock, rkantias, may
properly be reduced from 10% per annum to 8% per annum and 'still'''
provide sufficient fundsto meet the expenses of raid dsitrbt,
therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CI`1'Y C CU NC IL CF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
Section 1. That the annual rate of the collection of
benefits in atreet Improvement District No* 408, City of Little
Rock, be and the same is hereby changed from 10% per annum too
81, per annum and the City Collect6r is hereby directed to make
such changes as may be necessary on his books.
Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
.conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall,,
be in force and effec.t from and afte its passage.
