AVENUE TO CONSTRUCT A FOUR FOOT SIDEWALY10
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.,
Section 1. That the owner or owners of property abutting 400
Q�^C- Tyler Street, between rrpn Street and Prospect
Avenue, are hereby granted the privilege of constructing a
four foot sidewalk on Tyler Street 'between -the hereinabove mentioned
along
streets, and to thereafter maintain a sidewalk anc. curbing
such property where the Same abuts upon
Tyler
Street and between "0" Street and Prospect Avenue* The said
sidewalk shall be constructed of the material, and according to
the specifications, and in the manner outlined and Provided for
in Section 1281 of Hale's Digest of the City Ordinances of
Little Rock, and subject to the apoxoval of the Superintendent
of Z'ublic Works*
' Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after the date of its passage.
