AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A PORTION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK INTO A
STREET,' IMPROVE1t M DISTRICT, TO BE KNOWN AS PAVING DISTRICT NO.
WHEREAS, ten owners of real property in that portion of the City of
Little Rock, hereinafter described, have petitioned the City Council to take steps
toward the making of a local improvement in said city by forming said territory
into an improvement district for,the purposes hereinafter set forth:

Section 1. That all of the real property situated within the following
territory, to -wit:
Lots Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8) and Nine
(9), Block Eight (8); Lots Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven
(7), Eight (8) and Nine (9), B Nine (9); Lots Four (4), Five
(5), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8 and e- (9), Block Teh (10);
Lots Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8)`and Nine
(9), Block Eleven (11); Lots one (1), Two (2), Three (3), Ten
(10), Eleven (11) and Twelve (12), Block Twelve Lots One
(1), Two (2), Three (3), Ten (10), Eleven (11) and Twelve (12),
Block Thirteen (13); Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Ten (10),

Block Fifteen (15); all in Marshall and Wolfe's Addition to the
City of Little Rock; and

adjacent to said Lot Three (3) thereof, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot Three (3), Block Three
(3), running thence East 150 feet to the Northeast corner of
said Block Three 13), thence South along the East line of Block
Three (3) 151.8 feet to a point on the said East line of said
Block, thence Test along a line parallel to the North line of
said Block Three (3) 150 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot
Three (3) in said Block, and thence North along the East line of
said Lot Three (3) 151,8 feet to the point of beginning; and Lots
Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven (11) and Twelve
(12), in Block Four (4); all in Fitzgerald's Addition to the City
of Little Rock;
be formed into a local improvement district for the purpose of re- surfacing West
Tenth Street from the Test side of High Street to the East side of Schiller Avenue

Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage.
