ORDINANCE No. 4027.
AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A PORTION
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK INTO AN
IYPROVE11J ENT DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN AS
STREET IMPROVEIENT TEL STRICT NO. 4/41%
OF TI-C CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKA113
WHEREAS, more than ten owners of real property in
that portion of the City of Little Rock, in the State of
Arkansas, hereinafter described, have petitioned the City
Council to take steps toward the making of a local improvement
in said city by forming said territory into an improvement
district for the purposes hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it Ordainedby the City Council of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That all of the real property situate
within the following boundaries, to -wit:
Lots 1 to 13, inclusive, Block 1;
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, Block 8;
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, Block 9;
All in Plateau Addition.
Lots 9 to 13, inclusive, Block 1;
Lots 4,5,6,7,8,9,13,14,15,16, Block 2;
All in Bodeman's Addition.
Lots 10 to 18, inclusive, in Block 3;
All in Beach Addition.
be and the same is hereby laid off a4-formed into a local
improvement district, for the purpose of grading and paving
Maple Street from Markham Street to Capitol Avenue, in such
manner and with such materials as the commissioners to be
appointed shall determine to be for the best interests of
the district; and that said district be designated as Street
Improvement District No. L��l� of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
