IMPRO!VMMNT DISTRICT TO 2 KNOW ASS,
STREET I ET DISTRICT NO. lei{
OF THE CITY OF LITTLI RQCK,AMMAS.
SRS, more than ten owners of real property in that
portion of the City of Little hock, in the State of Arkansas,
hereinafter described, have petitioned the City Council to,take
steps toward the making of a local improvement. in said city, by
forming said territory into an improvement district for the.
purposea hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREF , Be it ordained by the City Council of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas-.
Section 1. That all of the real property situate within
the following boundaries, to -wit:
i Lots: 1 to 9, inclusive., Block 1;
Lots 1 to 9, inclusive, Block 2;
Lots 1 to 9, inclusive, Block 4;
f Lots 1 to 9, inclusive:, Block 5;
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, Block 6;
Lots 1, 2, 3, 10, 11, 12, Block 7;
All in Beach Addition,
be and the same is hereby laid off and formed into a local
improvement district, for the purpose of grading, draining,
curbing, guttering, and paving Kalmar Street from the south
property line of Markham Street to the north property line of
Meat Capitol Avenue ". eC*�, in such manner and with such
materials as the commissioners to be appointed shall determine
to be for the best interests of the district; and that said
district be designated as Street Improvement District mo. 445
of the City of Little Rock, Arkanmee `!�
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
