Section 1. That the grade elevation on Thirty-sixth street
from High street east to alley; on Twenty -ninth street from Asher
avenue west to a point 160 feet west of Lewis street; on Lewis
from Twenty- eighth to Twenty -ninth street; on Summit from Twenty-
fourth to Twenty -fifth street; on Twenty -fifth street from Battery
$0 Summit street offset south; be, and the same are hereby es-
tablished as shown on plans filed i n the office of the Superin..
tendent of Public Works.
Section 2.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after Its passage.
