of Interest Coupons on 199109000.00 Funding Bond
Issue and For Other Purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARK.:
Section 1. That the sum of $86,057.44 be, and is hereby appro-
priated out of the Bond and Interest Fund for payment o f the
following indebtedness due and payable at the Chase National Ba
of New York City: Interest Coupons No. 1, due May lot, 1926, for
one year's interest on Funding Bonds Nambers 1 to 1910 inclusive,
dated May let, 192560tal principal being 4199109000. -0) amount
of said interest being 485,950.009nbank charges for cashing coupo=n
$107.44, totalling 6869057.44. The Mh�,or and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to Issue warrant
or warrants
therefor
payable
to
for the
purposes
herein
reoited, in
such amounts and such maturities as deemed for the best interest
of the city.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall take effect
from and after its passage.
