ORDINANCE NUMBsR 4011.
An ordinance laying off a portion of the City of
Little ?dock into a street improvement district to be known
as Street Improvement District Number 444
Whereas, more than ten owners of real property in
the portion of the City of Little Rock hereinafter described
have petitioned the City Council to take steps toward the
making of a local improvement in said city by forming said
territory into an improvement district for the purposes
hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDA INF,D BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF "1HE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKA1SAS:
Section 1: That all of the real property situated
within the following territory, to-wit:
Block 99;
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11, and 12 of Block 100;
Lots 1 to 6 inclusive of .Blocks 121, 122, 136, 139
277, 256, 296, 299.
Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Block 336;
Block 337;
Lots 7 to 12 inclusive of Blocks 298, 297, 255;
Lots 7 to 12 inclusive of Blocks 352 as subdivided
by W. B. Worthen Co;
Block 351;
Lots 5, 6, 79 89 9, and 10 of Block 181;
Blocks 1809 185, 186;
Block of ground lying north of Garland Ave. bounded
by north Spring St. on the Wiest, Conway at.
produced north on the east, the .'Missouri Pacific
3.R. right -of -way on the north;
Block of ground bounded by Conway St. on the west,
Markham St. on the south, Ashley St. on the
east and the south line of Garland Ave. pro-
duced east on the north;
All in the original City of Little Rock, Arkansas;
to be formed into a local improvement district for the purpose
of draining, curbing and repaving Conway Street from the north
line of Markham Street to the north line of Garland Ave me ;
Garland Avenue from the west line of Conway Street to a point
100 feet east of the west line of Blocks 336, original City of
Little Rock,Arkansas; North Spring Street from the north line
of rMarkham Street to the right -of -way of the Miss6uri Pacific
Railroad crossing North Spring Street. The work to be constructed
of such material and in such manner as the com:-,iissioners to be

be designated as Street Improvement District Number 444
Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
