ORDINANCE NO. 4065.
An Ordinance to Permit the Laying of Four Foot
Concrete Sidewalks Flush With the Curb Across
the Block Facing West on Prospect Avenue between
Little and Berry Streets in Midland Hills Addition,
and For Other Parposes,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the ovmers of property facing west on
Prospect Avenue in the block extending from Little to Berry
Streets in the Midland Hills Addition are hereby permitted to
constrict four foot sidewalks flush with the curb across aaid
block facing Prospect Avenue and to build a terrace or retain-
ing wall immediately adjacent to the east side of such sidewalk
across said block.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances only insofar
as they conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage.
