ORDINANCE N0. 4002.
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE WIDTH OF STREET TO BE PAVED AND GRADE
ELEVATION OF CRESTWOOD DRIVE AND ARMISTEAD ROAD IN 'IEDGEH:ILL ", AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the width of Crestwood Drive east of
Beech Street and extending to Cantrell Road, and of Armistead Road
east of Beech Street and extending to Crestwood Drive, be and the
same is hereby established as eighteen (18) feet.
Section 2. That the grades of Crestwood Drive east of
Beech Street and extending to Cantrell Road, ,and of Armistead Road
east of Beech Street and extending to Crestwood Drive, be and the
same are hereby established as shown on plans filed in the office
of the Superintendent of Public Works, by the Engineer represent-
ing the owners of "Edgehill ".
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict h6rewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage.
