SECTION 1. That the grant of J. W. Carter and
Christine Carter, his wife, of a perpetual right of easement

in and through the north, feet of Lot One of the Re-
survey of Block Two of Feild's Addition to the City of Little
Rock, for the purpose of using the above described land for
drainage and sidewalk purposes, and no other, be and the same
is hereby accepted by the amity of Little Rock.
