ROCK tKAN , ASAS, REGULATION OF INSPECTION, AND FOR OTHER RUR 0SES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THEN N CITY COUNCIII OF THE CITY OF jTIME !JOCK, AIMIN S :1S. Section 1. That it shall be unlawful for any person to erect, construct, maintain or hang from any building or any other support, any sign other than electric signs of all steel construction and shall conform to the requirements of that section of Ordinance No. 2799, regulating street electric signs hanging or extending over sidewalks, of the City of Little :dock, as follows: I1ain street between the approach to the Main street bridge, or Elm street, and Fifteenth street; Broadway between the approach to the Broadway bridge and Ninth street; Capitol avenue between Fain street and Cove street; Markham street from Main to Victory street; Second, Third, Fourth, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth and Ninth streets between Main street and Louisiana street. All steel si -ns with glass letters, as approved by the City Engineer, will be classified as electric signs. Section 2. All signs other than electric signs which _do not comply with section one of this ordinance must be removed or taken down within twelve months after the passage of this cr dinance. Section 3. All signs hanging over the sidew or alley within the corporate limits of the city of Little ', shall be inspected twice each year by the Superintendent Public Works or Jlr, his assistant. Any sign found to be dangeroup to the public shall be taken down and shall not.be hung again until it ire ets the ap- proval of the Superintendent of Public -.0 s or his assistant. The fee for inspection shall be 50 for e inspection. Section 4. All roof bulletin signs within the city of Little Rock shall be inspected once each year by the Superintendent of Public 'forks or his assistant.
