AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS INTO A LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, AND DESIGNATING THE
BOUNDS THEREOF, SAID DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN AS STREET IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT N0.`Y'OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, tXen or more owners of real property within
the bounds herein mentioned have petitioned the City Council of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
to take steps
towards
the
making of
local improvements therein by
paving in such
manner
and
with such
materials which the commissioners of said district may deem for the
best interest of the district, all that portion of the following
streets in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as follows: Crestwood
Drive from its intersection with Beech Street at the East property
line of Beech Street through Edgehill Addition to Cantrell Road;
Armistead Road from its intersection with Beech Street at the East
property line of Beec)A Street to its intersection with Crestwood
Drive .
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
SECTION_.1. That Street Improvement District No.d2
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas be, and the same hereby is
created, laid out and established for the purpose of paving in such
manner and with such materials Y&iheh the commissioners of said
district may deem for the best interest of the district, all that
portion of the following streets: Crestwood Drive from its inter-
section with Beech - Street at the East property line of Beech Street
through Edgehill Addition to Cantrell Road; Armistead Road from its
intersection with Beech Street at the East property line of Beech
Street to its intersection with Crestwood Drive, in the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, in accordance with an Act of the General
Assembly of the State of Arkansas, entitled, "An Act to Regulate
the Manner of Assessing Real Property for Local Improvements in
the Cities of the First and Second Class," approved March 220 18810
and amendments thereto.
SECTION 2• That the district created, laid out and
established shall include that portion of the city of Little Rock

embraced within the boundaries described as follows:
A part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 31, and
a part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 32, Town-
ship 2 North, Range 12 West, described as follows:
Beginning 739 feet South of the Aection corner of
Sections 29, 30, 31 and 32, running thence North 87
degrees East, 100 feet; thence North 721 degrees
East, 100 feet; thence North 64 degrees East, 300
feet; thence North 60 degrees East, 200 feet; thence
North 61 degrees East, 300 feet; thence North 52
degrees East, 100 feet; thence North 39* degrees
East, 100 feet; thence North 28 degrees East, 135
feet; thence East 240 feet; thence South 65
degrees East, 300 feet; thence South 52 degrees
East, 300 feet; thence South 40 degrees East, 350
feet; thence South 182 degrees West, 250 feet;
thence South 60 degrees West, 675 feet; thence South

a tract of land on Pulaski Heights and containing
51.02 acres;
And which includes Lots numbers One (1), to Seven
(7) inclusive, Nine (9)9 Eleven (11), Fourteen (14)
to Thirty -nine (39) inclusive, Fifty -one (51),
Fifty -three (53), Fifty -five (55), Fifty -seven (57),
Fifty -nine (59), Sixty -one (61) and Sixty -three (63),
Edgehill Addition to the City of Little Rock, as
platted by Bill of Assurance and plat filed with the
Circuit Clerk and Recorder'of Pulaski County, on
the ,tom day of 1926.
All situated in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and
publication, and the City Clerk is hereby ordered within twenty
days from the passage of this ordinance to publish the same in some
newspaper of general circulation in the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, for one insertion.
