AN ORDINANCE GRANTING PERMISSION TO P. A. STOCKTON TO ERECT A
SMALL FRAME BUSINESS BUILDING 623 BEECH STREET; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That permission be and the same is hereby granted to P. A. Stockton
to erect a small business building at 623 Beech Street and to maintain a lunch
stand upon payment of the regular fees.
Section 2. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith
and hereby repealed only in so far as they ciffect this Ordinance, and this.
Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage.
