AN ORDINANCE GRANTING PERMISSION TO THE OWNERS OF PROPERTY
13UTTING ON BOTH SIDES OF "Q" STREET PROSPECT AVENUE?
WEST TO THE CITY LIMITS AND ON BOTH SIDES OF HARRISON STREET,
FROM "0" STREET TO PROSPECT AVENUE TO LAY CONCRETE SIDE WALKS,
FOUR FEET IN WIDTH,,,AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY FE CITY COUNCIL OF TPE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That permission be and the same is hereby granted to the owners
of property abutting on both sides of 'IQ" Street on Prospect Avenue, West to
the City limits and on both sides of Harrison Street, from "0" Street to
Prospect Avenug, ±to lay Concrete Side Walks, four feet in width and for other
purposes.
Section 2. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith

a&& hereby revealed in so far as theya*ffect this Ordinance and this Ordinance
shall take effect from and after its passage.
