ARLAN,SAS .
WIEREAS, a majority in value of the owners of real
property owning real property adjoining the locality to be
affected and situated within Street Improvement nistrict T -To.
436 of the City of tittle '-ock, Arkansas, organized for the
purpose of making local improvements therein by paving in such
manner and with such materials as the commissioners of said
district shall determine to be for the best interest of the
district, the streets set out in their petition, hale petitioned
the City Council of the City of Little 'lock for tl:e const.-,Iction
of said improvement and that the cost thereof be assessed upon
the real property within said district accordin to the benefits
received, and
+ZI -REAS, said benefits received by each and every lot,
block and oth;;r parcel of land within said, district equals or
exceeds the local assessment thereon, and
'JaREAS, the estimated cost of said improvement is
$28,162.75.

SECTION 1. That the said several lots, blocks and other
parcels of land within said Street Improvement District No. 436 be,
and they are, hereby assessed according to the assessment list for
said improvement district as the same now remains in the office of
the City Clerk of the City of Little Rock, and as the same may be
annually readjusted by the Board of Assessors and that ten per
centum (10/0) of the said assessment of the value of the benefits of
each of said lots, blocks or other parcels of real property* in said

district shall be paid annually on or before tre i5#.*= day of
WJAW of each year until the whole of said assessment shall have
ajory been plaid.
The first annual payment shall be made on or before

SEC` -'ION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewi —�h are hereby repealed and this ora.inance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
