AN ORDINANCE ASSESING THE VALUE OF
THE 3ENEFITS TO BE RECJ'IV:,:D BY THE
OWERS OF EACH OF THE SEVERAL LOTS,
BLOCKS, OR 0T1-9,R PARCELS OF LAND
ITHIN STRE7,T IlTROWMENT DISTRICT
NO. 433 OF THE CITY OF JITTLE ROCK,
ARKAN �,AS .
WYREAS, a majority in value of the owners of real
property owning real property adjoining the locality to be
affected and situated within Street Improvement District Pao.
433 of the City of i,ittle Rock, Arkansas, organized for the
purpose of making local improvements therein by draining and
repaving in such manner and with such materials as the commissioners
of said district shall determine to be for the best interests of the
district, the streets set out in their petition, have petitioned
the city council of the Vity ofjittie Rock for the construction
of said improvement and that the cost thereof be assessed upon the
real property within said district according to the benefits received;
and,
WHEREAS, said benefits received b;: each and every lot,
block and other parcel of land within said district equals or exceeds
the local assessment thereon; and,
'WHEREAS, the estimated cost of said improvement is
%4,023.85;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDAINED 3Y TIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
ITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the said several lots, blocks and other
nareels of land within said street Improvement "istriet PTo. 433 bp,
and they are, hf:reby assessed according to the assessment list for
said improvement district as the same now remains in the office of
the city clerk of the City of Kittle Rock, and. as the same ma,r be
annually readjusteO by the board of assessors and that ten per centum
�. (101o) of the said assessment of the _value of the benefits of each of

said lots, blocks or other parcels of real property ,yin said
district shall be --laid annually on or before the day of

have been paid The first annual payment shall be made on or

SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
