Section 1. That the owner or owners of any property

abutting on the north side of ffest Third street between the west
GV end of the Third street viaduct and Su_imit avenue, be and they
jO are hereby required to build within ninety days fro -, the passage
`L of this ordinance and to maALntain a concrete sidewalk along such
property where the same abutts uyoon the said "Jest Third street,
between the points herein named, of the kind and material in ac-
cordance Y, ,,ith the specifications required by ordiiiance and within
the time herein specific d; the said construction of the sidewalk
stall be under the supervision of the City Engineer or Superin-
tern ent of Public Works.
Section 2. ,Viyone who shall fail to comply -' ith the
provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of >a misdemeanor, and
upon conviction in .Municipal Court shall pay a fine oz not less
than � 5.00 nor more than .a 25.G0 for e ch offense, and each day
in which this ordinance is violated shall be and constitute a
separate offense.
Section 3. _ill ordinances or ports of ordilisrices in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed only Insofar as they affect
