Section 1. That the location and grade elevation of
the main sewer and laterals to be constructed by Sevier Improve -
me-lat District No. 105, be and the same is hereby established as
shown on the pl -=.ns filed in the office of the Superintendent
of Public Norks
Section 2. In the event that the Pulaski Height5trunk
sewer Ustrict No. 101 is not coiistructed within a reason�ible
time, or before it is necessary to make house connections to this
sevier, it ,ill be necessary for District No. 105 to make ap-
plication to the City for permission to run a temporary lateral
to the old septic tank i-1 the ravine just East of Prospect avenue
and L street.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its -passage.
