BE IT ORDAINED BY THPI CI'.'Y COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affiars
be and the same is hereby authorized and directed to
renew the lease MY W. R. 111rape, Trusbee, of Inez Street
from the south line of an alley between vast Sixth and
East Seventh Streets to the north line of East Eighth
Street for a period of two years at the annual rental
of X25.00.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall take effect from and after its passage.
