AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A PORTION OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK INTO A STREET IMPROVE aNT DIS-

TRICT N0. , AND DESIGNATING THE BOUND-
ARIES T .
Whereas, more than ten owners of real property within that
portion of Little Rook, Pulaski County, Arkansas, hereinafter
described, have petitioned the City Council to take steps to-
ward making of local improvements therein by forming the terri-
tory hereinafter described into an improvement district for the
purposes hereinafter set out,
Therefore, Be It Ordained By The City Council of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That said Street Improvement District No.=
of the City of Little Rock be, and the same is hereby created
and established for the purpose of making local improvements
therein by paving in such manner and with such materials its '
the commissioners of said district shall determine to be for
the best interests of the district, the following - streets:
Woodlawn Avenue from the west line of'Yonroe
Street to the east line of Jackson Street;
F Street from the west line of Jackson Street
to the east line of Van Buren Street, and from
the east line of Jackson Street to the west
line of Monroe Street; Yonroe and Jackson Streets,
respectively, the line of Prospect
Avenue to Avenue
in the City of Little Rock., Arkansas, in accordance with an
Act of the General Assembly of the. State of Arkansas entitled
*kn Act to Regulate Local Improvements in Cities of the First
Class; approved March E29 1881, and amendments thereto; that
the boundaries of said district shall include the following pro

party:
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, of Block 25; all
of Block 26; Lots 1, 20 3, 81, 9 and lQb f
Block 27; mots 1 to 6, inclusive, and Lots
10, 11 and 12 of -BBlock all of Block 33;
Lots 1 to 5, inclusive, of Block 34; 'Lots

j 1 to 7, inclusive, of Block 38; all of Block
39; Lots 4 to 12, inclusive, of Block 40; Lots
7 to 12, inclusive, of Block 45;- all of Block
46; and Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Block 47, all in
Pulaski Heights Addition,
Section 2. That all ordinances,j.nd parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage, and the
City Clerk is hereby ordered within twenty days from the date of
its passage to publish the same in some newspaper published in
the City of Little Rock, for one insertion.
