AN ORDINANCE ASSESSING THE VALUE OF THE BENEFITS
TO BE RECEIVED BY THE OWNERS OF EACH OF THE SEVERAL
BLOCKS, LOTS, PARCELS AND OTHER SUBDIVISIONS OF
LAND WITHIN STREET IIWPROVEAENT DISTRICT N0. 376
of THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to increase the annual
collection of benefits in this district in order to raise
sufficient money to complete payment for the improvements
constructed by this district;
THEREFORE, IT IS Now ORDAINED BY TIC CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the several blocks, lots, parcels and
other subdivisions of real property within said Street Im-
. _ .v__ement District NO, 376 of the City of Little Rook, Ark-
ansas, be, and they are hereby assessed according to the
assessment list for said improvement district as the same
now remains in the office of the City Clerk of the City of
Little Rook, Arkansas, and as the same may be annually re-
adjusted by the board of assessors, and-that five and seven -
tenths (5.7) per oentum of said assessment of the value of
the benefits on each of said blocks, lots, parcels and other
subdivisions of land shall be paid annually on or before
the first day of duly of each year until the whole of said
assessment shall have been paid. -Ahe next annual payment
shall be made on or before the first day of July, 1926.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinanoes
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinanee
shall be in full foroe and effect from and after its passage.
