ORDINANCE NO. 3914-
AN ORDINANCE ASSESSING THE VALUE OF THE BENEFITS
TO BE RECEIVED BY THE OWNERS OF EACH OF THE SNVERAL
BLOCKS, LOTS, PARCELS A10 OTHER SUBDIVISIONSOF
LAND WITHIN STREET IMPROVEIMNT DISTRICT NO. 376
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREASO It has become necessary to increase the annual
collection of benefits in this district in order to raise
sufficient money to complete payment for the improvements
constructed by this district;
THEREFORE, IT IS NOW ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the several blooks, lots, parcels and
other subdivisions of real property within said Street Im-
provement District No. 378 of the City of Little Rock, Ark-
ansas, be, and they are hereby assessed according to the
assessment list for said improvement district as the same
now remains in the office of the City Clerk of the City of
Little Rook, Arkansas, and as the same may be annually re-
adjusted by the board of assessors, and that six (6) per
oentu* of said assessment of the value of the benefits on
each of said blocks, lots, parcels and other subdivisions
of land shall be paid annually on or before the first day
of July of each year until the whole of said assessment shall
have been paid. The next annual payment shall be made on
or before the first day of July, 1926.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
