ORDINANCE NO. 3912.
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $3,513.82 FOR THE PURPOSE
OF RENEi4ING THE FIREMEN I S AND POLICEMEN tS GROUP IYSUFWICE POLICY #1650
FOR THE YEAR BEGINNING NOVEMBER 1, 1925, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of $3,513.$2, or as much thereof as
may be necessary, be and the same is hereby appropriated out of any
moneys in the General Revenue Fund, not otherwise appropriated for
t the purpose of renewing the Firemen sand Policemen's Group Insurance
Policy #1650 for tye year bq6inning Novemberl, 1925, and the Mayor
{ and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to draw the City's
warrant for the sum of $3,513.92, or as much thereof as may be
necessary, made payable to the Aetna Life Insurance Company, and
with such maturity as in their discretion is for the best interest
of the City.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect from and after
its passage.
