Section 1. That the sum of $295.25 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of any moneys in the general revenue fand,
not otherwise appropriated, fox the puxpose of paying W. J.

Herring for in securing an extension
of time on warrants due in liarch, 1925, and the Il yor and Citt
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to draw the city's
warrant for the stun of ;295.25, made payable to W. J. Herring
and with such maturity as in their discretion is for the best
