AN ORDINANCE ASSESSING THE VALUE OF THE
BENEFITS TO BE RECEIVED BY THE OWNERS OF
EACH OF THE SEVERAL LOTS, BLOCKS, OR OTHER
SUBDIVISIONS OF REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE
ARCH STREET ANNEX TO STREET I141PROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 366.
WHEREAS, A majority in value of the owners of real pro-
perty adjoining the locality to be affected and situated with-
in the Arch Street Annex to Street Improvement District No.
366 of Little Rock, Arkansas, said property being described
as follows:
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive of Blocks 111,
1129 113 and 114; LotsP5 and 6 of Block
115; Lots 7 to 12, inclusive, of 3locks
129, 130, 131 and 132; and Lots 7 and 8
Of Block 128, all in the original City
Of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
annexed for the purpose of making local improvements therein
by grading, draining, curbing, guttering, and paving, in such
manner and with such materials as the commissioners of Street
Improvement District No. 366 shall determine to be for the
best interest of the territory to be annexed, on
Arch Street from the north property line
of West 7th 6treet to the north property
line of vest 11th street, and
have petitioned the City Council of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, for the construction of said improvement, and that
the cost thereof shall be assessed upon the real property with-
in said annexed territory, according to benefits received; and,
WHEREAS, Said benefits received by each and every lot, block,
or other subdivision of real property situated within said
annexed territory equals or exceeds the local assessment there-
on;
WHEREAS, The estimated cost of said improvement is $24,284.26;
THEREFORE, IT IS NOW ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;

SECTION 1. That the several lots, blocks, or other sub-
divisions of real property within said Arch Street Annex to
Street Improvement District No. 366 be, and they are, hereby
assessed according to the assessment list for said annexe as
the same now remains in the office of the City Clerk of the City
of Little nock, and as the same may be annually readjusted by
the Board of assessors, and that ten per cent (10%) of said
assessment of the value of the benefits of each of said lots,
blocks, or other subd vision of lad, s 11 be paid annually
on or before the day of y f eai year until
the whole of said assessment shall have been paid, beginning

with February let, 1926.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be'Jull force and, effect from and after its eassage.
