AN ORDDNANCE APPROPRIAT;W$363.56 FOR THE PURPOSE OF PURCHASING
A MOTBORCYCLE FROM THE ARKANSAS CYCLE HOUSE FOR THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORBAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of $363.56 be and the same is hereby
appropriAted out of any moneys in the General Revenue Fund, not
otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of purchasing one Indian
Motocycle from the Arkansas Cycle House for the Police Department,
and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to draw the city's warrant in the sum of $363.56, made payable to
the Arkansas Cycle House, and bearing such maturity as in their
discretion is for the best interest of the city.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect from and after
its passage.
