An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No . 3857.
BE IT OFLA L BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Or LITTLE: ROCK:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3857, be amended
to read as follows: "Section 1. That the owner or owners
respectively of any property abutting on any of the streets between
Markham and 15th, inclusive, and Rock and Gaines Streets, inelus ive,
having no concrete sidewalks, be and are hereby required to build
within twelve months from the passage of this ordinance, and to
maintain a concrete sidewalk along such property abutting on the

above named streets!
Section 2* This ordinance shall take effect from and after
its passage*
