ATT ORDINAITCE LAYING OFF A PORTION OF-
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK INTO A SMVER
IMPROU11ENT DISTRICT TO BE IMOWN AS
SEI.IMR I11PROVEMENT DISTRICT NO- 4
WHEREAS, more than ten owners of,, real property in that
portion of the City of Little mock, in the State of Arkansas,
hereinafter described, have petitioned the City Council to take
steps- toward the making of a local improvement in said city by
forming said territory into a local improvement district for
the purposes hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the City Council of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Section 1. That all of the real property situate within the
following territory, to -wit:
Lots l to 7, inclusive, in Replat Block 2, Cunningham's
Addition to Little Rocks and all of Blocks 3, 4, 5, 12, 13,
and 14; west half of Block 15; south half of Block 1% 19ta-
I to 9, inclusive in Block 18; all of Blocks 19, 2"0, 21; ,
29, 30, 31, and 32, in Cunningham's Addition to Little Rock;
all_ of Block 7 and south half of Block 6 in Riffel &- Rhoton's
Addition - all in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas,
be and the same is hereby laid off into a local improvement
district for the purpose of installing a system of sanitary sewers,
including all. necessary manholes., flush tanks, septic tanks, pipe
lines, and outlets, and such disposal arrangements as may be
necessary and all other work that may be necessary for the
successful construction thereof, and for the purpose of extegding
said system beyond the boundaries of the district for outlets at
such points and in such Manner as may be found necessary;. all of
same to be located in the places and to be of such materials, and
dimensions and to be placed in such manner as the commissione
to be a- ^pointed may deem for the best interest of the district;
and that said district be designated as Sevier Improvement District

No. 103 e, of the City of Little Rock, .Arkansas.
Section 2. This ordinance shall 16al.e effect and be in force
