AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A PORTION OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK INTO A STREET I- .'ROVE-
LENT DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN AS STREET Ih!PROVE-
IVNNT DISTRICT NO. 4410 , AND DESIGNATING THE
BOUNDARIES THER -707.

Whereas, more than ten owners of real property within
that portion of Little Rock, Pulaski County, 'rkansas, here-
inafter described, have petitioned the City Council to take
steps toward making of local improvements therein by form-
ing the territory hereinafter described into an improvement
district for the purposes hereinafter set out,
Therefore, Be It Ordained By The City Council of the City
of Little Kock, Arkansas:
Section 1: That said Otreet Improvement District !Jo .__430
of the Oity of Little Rock be, and the same is hereby creat-
ed and established for --the nurpose of making local improve-
ments therein by paving in such manner and with such rm.terials
as the commissioners of said district shall determine to be
for the best interest of the district, the following streets:
West 7th Street from the west line of Denison Street
to its intersection with the west line of Capitol Hill
Extension Addition; that street which continues in a
northwesterly direction from the intersection of lest
7th Street with the west line of Capitol Hill Exten-
sion Addition to the intersection of dvest 6th Street
(as defined by Ordinance No. 2240 of the City of Little
Rock, passed Nov. 22, 1915) with the east line, extend-
ed south, of Ferndale Addition; 'viest 6th Street (as de-
fined by Ordinance No, 2240 of the City of Little Rock,
passed Nov. 22, 1915) from its intersection with the
east line, extended soh, of Ferndale :'addition to the
east line of Johnson Street; W- 7th Street (as defined
by Ordinance No. 2240 of the City of-Little Rock, passed
Nov. 22, 1915) from the west line of Johnson Street to
the west line of Valentine Street; Valentine Street from
the north line of West 7th Street (as defined by Ordi-
nance No. 2240 of the City of Little Rock, passed Nov.
22, 1915 ) to the south line of 11arkham Street; lest
Capitol -venue from the east tine of Cedar Street to
its intersection with the east line, nroduced north,
of Appian Way; Booker Street and Appian 'Jay, res -oective-
1 y, from the south line of West Capitol Avenue to the
north line of test 6th Street (as defined by Ordinance
No. 2240 of the City of Little Rock, passed Nov. 22,
1915)0
in the City of Little Rock, iirkansas, in accordance with an
Act of the General Assembly of the $btate of Arkansas entitled
"An Pict to Regulate Local Improvements in Cities of the first
Class," approved March 22, 1881, and amendments thereto; that
the boundaries of said district shall include the following
property:
Lots _, 20 3, 10, 11 and 12 of Blocks 19 and C0;
Lots 3 to 9, inclusive, of Block 21; pots 4 to 9,
inclusive, of Block 22, all in Capitol Hil) Exten-
sion Addition;
A tract of land described as follows:
Begin at the intersection of the west line of the Missouri Pacific
Railroad Company right of way with the east line of the NW4 of SW-

Begin at a point formed by the intersection of the west
line of the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company right
way with the west line of Block 21 of Capitol Hill Ex-

line of said right of way to a point formed by the inter-
section of said west line of said right of way with the
south line of Trot 3 of Block 20 of Capitol Ifill Extension

Section 2: That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage, and the
City Clerk is hereby ordered within twenty days from the date
of its passage to publish the same in some newspaper published
in the City of Tittle Rock, for one insertion.
