':Nhereas , more than ten owners of real property within that
portion of Little Hock, Pulaski Oounty, hrkansas, hereinafter
described, have petitioned the City Count-y to take steps to-
ward making of local improvements therein by forming the terri-
tory hereinafter described into an improvement district for
the purposes hereinafter set out,
Therefore, Be It Ordained By The City Council of the City
of Tattle Kock:
Section 1: That said Curb & Gutter Improvement District
No. 429 of the Oity of Little Rock be, and the same is here-
by created and established for the purpose of making local im-
provements therein by grading, draining, curbing and guttering
in such manner and with such materials as the commissioners of
said district shall determine to be for the best interests of
the district, the following streets:
West 7th Street from the west line of Denison
Street to its intersection with the west line of
Capitol Hill Extension Addition; that street which
continues in a northwesterly direction from the inter-
section of ',hest 7th Street with the west line of
Capitol Hill Extension - ddition to the intersection
of ovest 6th Street (as defined by Ordinance No. X240
of the City of Little ?dock, passed Nov. 22, 1915) with
the east line, extended south, of Ferndale Addition;
'Vest 6th Street (as defined by Ordinance TTo. ^240 of
the City of Little Rock, passed Nov. 22, 1915) from
its intersection with the east line, extended. south,
of Ferndale Addition, to the east line of Johnson
Street; West 7th Street (as defined by Ordinance TTo.
2240 of the City of Little Kock, passed Yov. 22, 1915)
from the west line of Johnson Street to the west line
of Valentine Street; Valentine Street from the north
line of West 7th Street (as defined by Ordinance No.
2240 of the City of Little hock, passed Nov. 22, 1915)
to the south line of Markham Street; Vilest Capitol -.ven as
from the east line of Cedar Street to its intersection
with the east line, produced north, of Appian May;
3ooker Street and Appian Way, respectively, from. the
south line of West Capitol Avenue to the north line of
West 6th Street (as defined by Ordinance No. 2240 of the
City of Little Rock, passed Nov. 22, 1915) .
in the City of Little Dock, .Arkansas, in accordance with an Act
of the General Assembly of the Stw.te of Arkansas entitled "An
Act to Regulate Local Improvements in Cities of the First Class,
approved March 22ji, 1881, and amendments thereto; that the boun-
daries of said district shall include the following property:

City Clerk is hereby ordered within twenty days from the date
of its passage to pablish the same in some newspaper published
in the "ity of Little Rock, for one insertion.
