AN ORDI E APPROPRIATING $1500.00 TO PAY J. H. CABMICHAEL
E. R. PW AND JOHN F. CLIFFORD FOR LEGAL SMVICES RENMED
IN THE CASE OF HILL VS. CITY IN 001MECTION ;7ITH AM]NMENT #11,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE Ii ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ??OCK:
SECTION 1. That the suin of 1500.00 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of any moneys in the General Revenue Fund not otherwise
appropriated for the purpose of paying J. H. Carmichael, E. °. Parham
and John F. Clifford for legal services rendered in the case of I. D.
Hill vs. City of Little Rock et al in connection with Amendment #11,
and the mayor and city clerk are be reby authorized and directed to draw
the city's warrant in the sum of :1500.00 made payable to J. H. Carmichael,
Be R. Parham and John F. Clifford, and bearing such maturity as in their
discretion is for the best interest of the city.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its
passage.
