AN ORDINANCE GRANTING PERMISSION TO THE MAGNOLIA
PETROLEUM COMPANY TO CONSTRUCT AND MAINTAIN AN
OIx, OUSE ON EAST NINTH STRUT NEAR THE ROCK
ROAD RIGHT -OF-WAY, AND FOR OTHM PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDLINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. That permission be and the same is hereby granted
to the Magnolia Petroleum Compary to construct and maintain an oil ware-
house on the property owned by H. L. MoFarland described as follows:
A part of the southeast water of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 2, Township 1 North, Range 12
West, beginning where south side of Ninth Street
intersects the West line of the right-of-way of
Choctaw, Oklahoma and Gulf Railroad, thence Zest
on South side of Ninth ".Street 161 feet, th n South
326 feet; thence East to the right -of way of rail-
road, thence Northwesterly along west line of said
right -of -way to point of beginning, beking Lot 4,
Du the Chancery Record, except 2 feet off the West
side of said lot.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repbaled only insofar as they affect this ordinance,
and this ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage.
