AN ORDINANCE GRANTING PERMISSION TO J. W. BAILEY
TO ERECT A SMALL BUILDING, 12 is 28 FELT, ADJOINING
HIS HOUSE ON LOT TWO, BLOCK EIGHT, BOVYWAN' S ADDIT mON,
AND FOR OTH:M PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE POCKS
SECTION 1. That permission be and the same is hereby granted
to J.,W. Bailby to erect a small building, 12 x 28 feet, adjoining his
house on Lot 2, Block 8, Bowman's Addition.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinance in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed only insofar as they affect this ordinance,
and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
its passage:; ,.
