BE IT ORDAIN"A BY mI CITY COT_1UCII OF THE CITY OF LITTLE POCK;
Section 1. The Arkansaw Water Company is hereby ordered
and directed to install an 8" line in Summit Street south-
ward from the end of its present 8" line at 29th Street j
to the north side of 33rd t$treet, and install Standard
Ludlow Tire Hydrants at the following locations.
Northwest corner of Summit and 31st Street'e: .....MM,.
Northwest corner of Summit and 33rd Streets.
Section 2. This extension and hydrants are ordered in ac-
cordance with Section 8 of Ordinance i'o. 3290, passed August
139 1923, and as amended by Ordinance No. 3442, passed March
24, 1924.
Section 3. That all ordinances, or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed only in so far as they
conflict with this ordinance.
Section A. This ordinance shall be in fall force and
effect from and After its`•tassage.
