3872ORDINANCE fjgJ2. d AN ORDINANCE PRIDING ROR THE SALE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY ACQUIRED FROM THE SPECIAL SCHOOL DISTRICT OF LITTLE ROCK AND SITUATED ON PARS AVENUE BETS FOURTEENTH AND SIXTEENth STREETS TO MAGNOLIA PETROLEUM COI ANY, WALKER SANDERS AND WAYNE FARRIS, YOR11ER RESPECTIVE OWNERS. WHEREAS, in the sale of Civitan Park to the Special School District certain propertq on Park Ave. between Fourteenth and Sixteenth StreetBwas acquired from the said, school district by the 01,ty of Little Rook; and, Wig, three of the former ovine Adesire to buy back from the City of Little praaels 'of gibi:5W a isbwwred to the .said school district; and, 50 it is the intention of the City of Little Rock to dispose of the property; NOW, THM11ORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE'ROCK: SECTION 16 The mayor and city clerk are hereby directed to execute and deliver-warranty deeds in the name of the city to the Magnolia Petroleum Company, Walker Sanders and Wayne Farris, conveying to the said Magnolia Petroleum Company the N 100 feet of Lot 3 and the W 24 feet of the N 100 feet of Lot 2, Block 15, RVonald & Wheelers Addition,; conveying to Walker Sanders a tract of land practically 16 feet east and crest by 50 feet � and south of the IM earner of Block 15, McDonald & Wheeler's Addition to-ihe City of Little Rook; being bounded on the north by the north line of said block, on the east by the east line of said block; on the south by the north line of a tr}aat described in a certain conveyance from ©wrin J. 3eisler and wife to Warne Parris, recorded in book #114, page 384 and on the west by the east line of a tract conveyed by Mary B. 5hriver to Special School District of Little Rook, appearing in record book #168, page 414; conveying to Mayne Farris a tract of land practically 16 feet *sst and west by 50 feet north and sou_in Lot 1, Block 15, MoDonalQ & Wheeler's Addition to the City of Little Bock, which may be described as beginning at a point on the east line of said Block 51 feet south of the BE earner thereof; thence west to the east line of a tract conveyed by Friary B. Shriver to the Special School District of Little Rook, described in a conveyance recorded in Book 168, page 414; thence south along said east line to the north line of a tract conveyed by E. A. Vanderberg and Laura M.
