OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK INTO AN

OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ,ARKANSAS'.
WHEREAS', more than ten owners of real
portion of the City of Little Rocky in the
hereinafter described, have petitioned the

city by forming said territory into an improvement district
for the purposes hereinafter set forth.
NOW, TIMBEFORE, Be it Ordained by the City Council of
the City of Little mock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That all of the real property situated within
the following boundaries to -wit:
Begin: at a point: on the v st_p epe
Street 150 feet south of the south property line of
20th Street; thence go west parallel with 20th Street
to the east property line of Brown Street; thence go
north along the east property line of Brown Street
to a point 150 feet north of the north property line
of 20th Street; thence go east parallel. with 20th
Street. to the west property line of Woodrow Street;
thence go south along the west °property line of
Woodrow Street to the peint of beginning,
be and the same is hereby laid off and - formed into a local
improvement district, for the purpose of making local improve-
ments therein.by grading, draining, curbing, guttering, and
paving 20th Street from Woodrow Street. to Brown Street; said
improvenents to be of such materials and dimensions and to be
made in such manner as the commissioners to be, appointed s}aa.11
determine to be for the best interests of the district; and
that said district be designated as Street Improvement
District No. 426 of the City of Little hock, Arkansas.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
