District No. 318 of the City of Tittle Rock, Ar1ansas, in
order to meet the a=-ual maturities olf the bonds and interest;
and
4 AS, it is advisable to Chan -e the date of the
collection of said assess-',-lent of benefits;

Section 1. That the said several blocks, lots and parcels
of real property in Curb, Gutter & Sidewalk Improvement District
No. 318 be, and they are, hereby assessed according to the
assessment list for said ituproverje:lt district, as the same now
remains in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Little
Rock, and as the same may be annually readjusted by the board of
assessors, and th4t eight per centum (8�0) of said assessment of
the val,ae of the benefits of each of said bloc':s, lots and
parcels of land shall be paid ann -wally on or before the 15th day
of August of each year until the whole of said assessment shall
have been paid. The next annual payment shall be made on or
before the 15th day of august, 1925.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
