AN ORDINANCE REDUCING THE LEVY OF THE
ANNUAL COLLECTION OF ASSESSMENT OF
BENEFITS WITHIN STREET IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT 10. 344 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.

WHEREAS, it has been ascertained that the
present annual levy on the assessment of benefits in this
district produces more money than is needed to meet the
bond and interest maturities of this district,
NOW* TWREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE HACK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the several blocks, lots,
parcels and other sub - divisions of real property within
Street Improvement District No. 344 of the City of Little
Rook be, and they are, hereby assessed according to the
assessment list for said improvement district, as the same
now remains in the office of the City Clerk of the City of
Little Rock, and as the same may be annually readjusted by
the board of assessors, and that seven per centum (7 %) of
said assessment of the value of the benefits on each of said
blocks, lots, parcels and other sub.-divisions of land shall
be paid annually on or before the lot day of August of each
year until the whole of said assessment shall have been paid.
She next annual payment shall be made on or before the let
day of August, 19250
Section to That all ordinaness or Karts of ordinanees
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in fall fore* and effect from and after its passage.
