ORDINANCE # 3826.
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $5649966 OUT OF
THE AUTOMOBILE FUND IN ORDER TO REPAIR WEST
FOURTEENTH STRLET AND OTHER ASPHALT STREETS
IN THE DOWN TOWN SECTION, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. That the sum of 65649,66 bg and the
same is hereby appropriated out of the automobile Hind for
the purpose of purchasing asphalt with vbich to repair 7-est
Fourteenth 6treet and other asphalt streetsin the down town
section, and the mayor and city clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to draw the city's warrant for the sum of
$5649.66, made payable to M. D. L. Cook, with such maturity
as in their discretion is for the best interest of the city.
