SECTION 1. That permission be and the same is hereby granted to the
Little Rook Playgrounds Association to rope off State Street between.
Fourth & Fifth between the, hours of 3 and P.M. Wednesday of each
week 1,P to be used for skating by the ch ldren of Little Rock under
the supervision of the Little Rook Playgrounds Association,
SECTION 2. That permission be and the same is hereby granted the
Little Rock Playgrounds Association to rope off the strip of paved
roadway in they City Park which runs North and South for about a
block, just East of the fountain at the 10th street entrap ce,and
which connects the two roadways leading Southeast and Northeast
