CERTIJN PROPERTY NEAR THE FOOT OF EA.IN
STREET, AHD FOR OTFLR PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY `i'HE CITY COUNCIL OF CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. That the Hoard of Public Affairs be
and the sama is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a
lease agreement with the Athletic Association of Little Rock
for the property situated east of the property now leased by
the Athletic Association and extending to the western boundary
of the property leased by G. A. Leiner & Company. The said
lease is to run not longer than the duration of the present
lease of the Athletic Association, and no buildings are to be
constructed on the property. The rental shall be fixed at x,1.00
per annum.
