AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $3 TO ROSE;
HEHINGWAY, CANTI & LORTGHBOROUGH FOR LEGAL
SERVICES AND EXPENSES RENDERED AND PAID OUT
IN THE MATTER OF FUNDING THE CITY'S INDEBTED-
NESS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE RODK:

SECTION 1. That the sum of $2260=M be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of any moneys in the General Revenue Fund,
not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of paying the legal
firm of Rose, Hemingway, Cantrell & Loughborough for legal services
rendered and expenses paid out in the matter of funding $1,910,000.00
indebtedness of the city owing on October 7, 1924, and the Mayor and
City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to draw the city's

warrants for the sum of WMA made payable to Rose, Hemingway,
Cantrell & Loughborough, and at such maturity as in their discretion
is for the best interest of the city.
