AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING THE ABKANSAW WATER COMPANY
TO INSTALL FIRE HYDRANTS ON THE PRESE9T MAIN AT
THE HW CORNER OF JACKSON NTREET AND K AVENUE AND
AT THE NW CORNER OF VAN BUM STREET AND K AVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. That the Arkansaw Water Company be and the
same is hereby ordered and directed to install one fire hydrant
at the NW corner of Jackson Street and K Avenue and one fire
hydrant at the NW corner of Van Buren Street and K Avenue.
SECTION 2. These ]Wdrants are ordered in accordance
with Section 8 of Ordinance #3290, passed August 12, 1923 and as
amended by Ordinance #34429 passed March 24, 1924,
SECTION 3. All ordinance; or parts of ordinances, in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed only insofar as they conflict
with this ordinance.
